Megan and Paul

Megan and Paul had an intimate garden ceremony in the Senate Gardens at Old Parliament House, Canberra. The ceremony was relaxed and the weather turned out to be perfect for a garden wedding. We also got to go and play at the Railway Museum and make some cool photos.

Vee and Sandun – Hyatt Hotel Canberra

Vee and Sandun were married at the Hyatt Hotel in Canberra, with the ceremony in the gardens and the reception in the Centenary Ballroom.

Documenting such a personal and intimate day as a wedding is such a beautiful and rewarding experience, thank you Vee and Sandun for letting me share your day with you. I am so very lucky and grateful for being able to do what I do.

Kee and Ricky

The day combined Chinese wedding traditions and Australian traditions to become a really interesting and fun day. Early in the day there was the excitement around the wedding door games where the bride and groom see each other before the ceremony and later in the reception some other funny games were played where a shoe represented the answer to some amusing questions! Kee and Ricky had their ceremony and reception at the Alto Restaurant in Telstra Tower. Thanks Ricky and Kee for such a beautiful and enjoyable day!

Jean and Kenny

Rain in Febuary, who would have thought? Thankfully Jean and Kenny had a back up plan for their wedding at Old Parliament house. The ceremony was moved from the gardens, inside to one of the members rooms. The rain didn’t stop anyone from having a great time and making for some great photos. Below are some of my favourites:

Natalie and Kedem – Canberra wedding photography

Natalie and Kedem were married in Glebe park, Canberra on a beautifully warm day in January. The ceremony mixed Jewish traditions, with Australian traditions to create a unique experience. After the ceremony we went to the National Library for a few photos, before heading back to the Crowne Plaza in the city to get on with some Salsa and the reception. Liz and Chris – Canberra wedding Photography

Liz and Chris are so lovely. They made the day really easy going and enjoyable. Liz and Chris were married at the Tuggeranong Baptist Church in Canberra and the reception was at MV Southern Cross, Docked at the Canberra Yacht Club. It was a pleasure to be their wedding photographer!

Erin and Stephen – Canberra wedding

From our first meeting, I knew Erin and Stephen were going to be great to photograph – such a lovely easy going couple. The ceremony was in Belconnen and the reception at The Lobby in Canberra. We got some beautiful shots and here are some of my favourites:

Mark and Marisha – Reception at Oaks Brassie, Canberra

Mark and Marisha had their wedding with 20 of their closest friends over in Las Vegas, USA. For those that couldn’t make it to the USA, they had a local reception for friends and family back here in Canberra. The reception was at Oaks Brassie in Yarralumla. We shot a few quick location portraits first and then just let the rest of the night unfold. Although we got some beautiful shots, my favourite would have to be the little girl holding her fathers finger. Enjoy

Saleena and Clint- Jindabyne

Documenting Saleena and Clint’s wedding in Jindabyne, NSW was an absolute blast. I travelled to Jindabyne the day previous to the wedding and passed through some beautiful towns like Cooma and Berridale, towards the Snowy Mountains. Now, onto the wedding!

We all had such a fun day, the wedding ran on time and we managed to have enough time to visit a couple of cool locations near by. It just so happened that their wedding day and my birthday coincided, so not only did we celebrate Clint and Saleena’s wedding – but my birthday as well! Thanks so much for the prezzie guys :) now, onto the photos…

Joe and Georgia at University House ANU

Joe and Georgia were married at St. John’s Church in Reid, Canberra with the reception at University House at ANU. The couple were both very relaxed, with a great sense of humour which made for a really enjoyable day. The weather was kind enough to hold off to get some really beautiful shots.
