Ok, let’s set the scene. Take two of the loveliest people you know, make sure you include big warm hearts, big beautiful smiles – now imagine them rolling to their ceremony in a beautiful old Buick, throw in some doves, a bunch of love, Turkish pide, some Rakija and a bunch of party – and you’ve left with the beautiful, fun and amazing wedding of Tania & Simon! The day was full of so much love, laughter and life that I couldn’t (even for a second) lower my camera! Congratulations guys and thanks again for such a wonderful and fun day, you guys rock!

Prue & Dom {Canberra Wedding Photography}

The whole week leading up to Prue & Dom’s wedding I was getting very excited as I just knew it was going to be one of those magic weddings. The weather turned out to be perfect, the venue was beautiful and there were so many amazing moments happening all the time that my brain was exploding with photo-happiness! Their reception was a held in their parents backyard, in one of Canberra’s historic houses in Red Hill with a few really lovely family traditions (including the cake decoration that is over 100 years old, has been passed down through each generation for their wedding cake and belonged to Prue’s Great-Great-Grandmother!) Here are some of my favourites, narrowing it down is always the hardest part! Congratulations Prue & Dom and I hope you’re having an amazing honeymoon! Now for some pictures, enjoy :)

Jade & Tony {Canberra Wedding Photographer}

The blog has been pretty quiet for the last couple of weeks, so many things happening! Weddings every weekend, working on lots of personal project and lots of exciting new things coming too! (But they’re all top secret!). So to kick the blog back into action we have the lovely Jade & Tony. The speeches have to be up there with some of the funniest wedding speeches I’ve heard!  The MC was on fire and I don’t think anyone in the room could contain themselves! Carly & Angus – {Canberra Wedding Photographer}

Having the ceremony on Aspen Island under the shade of the willows really helped in keeping things nice and cool for Carly and Angus’ summer wedding in Canberra. We managed to enjoy the shade for the majority of the day, take a wander through the forest and cap it all off with some beautiful light and atmosphere at The Deck at Regatta Point. I do love the late evening summer glow, it’s probably my most favourite thing about summer really, the sky just brings so much beautiful colour and soft delicious light.
