Cassie and Nathanael {Canberra Wedding Photography}

Having a late afternoon wedding meant that we were in for some awesome light. The only trouble being that the light would be running out - really really fast! I had to fight back the choking in my throat through the ceremony (getting all soppy in my old age :p) but it was a beautiful November’s day and everything went according to plan. Oh and we also happened to find another old couch on the way out to Ginnindery!! Cassie & Nathanael thank you so much for a wonderful day, I hope you enjoy your traveling honeymoon! Jenny and Justin {Canberra Wedding Photography}

Talk about a crazy few weeks, rain rain and more rain! Six out of the last 10 days have been raining in Canberra and Jenny & Justin’s wedding was no exception. Thankfully the rain held out long enough for the ceremony to proceed outside and within about 15 mins of its conclusion, the skies opened and it absolutely bucketed down! I’ve never been so drenched, so quickly at a wedding before! Despite this Jenny & Justin were great sports and the rain didn’t fuss them one bit. We soldiered on and captured some beautiful images. Suse & Marty {Vintage Wedding Photography}

Think vintage, think cute, think relaxed – now close your eyes and imagine you are on a property near Cooma in NSW and the date is the 10.10.10. The property you’re imagining is over 100 years old and has amazing gardens with roses propogated from as early as the 1500′s! Now open your eyes and realise that you are at Marty & Suse’s beautiful vintage wedding in the country!

The day was kicked off with some delicious bacon and eggs on the BBQ in the morning and some final touches to the decorations. Then, as the clock ticked closer to 10.10am, you could feel the energy & anticipation wash over everyone like a wave and it was time to put the show on the road! The rain managed to hold off so we could continue the ceremony in the garden, explore the property for photos and even fit in a game of croquet! Thank you so much Marty & Suse for the opportunity to share your day with you and to have the privilege of documenting it. It was such a blast and I wish we could do it all again just for fun! Janette & Aaron {Canberra wedding photography – Sculpture gardens}

Janette & Aaron had an intimate ceremony with their close friends in the morning, but mainly wanted to go and take some pictures in the afternoon. So we picked a few locations, stumbled across some abandoned couches, enjoyed a picnic and made some pictures! These guys were so much fun and such a pleasure to photograph as I’m sure you’ll see.
