I have embarked on a large portrait project that involves going to every capital city in Australia and photographing around 30 portraits of people I meet on the street. William (second last portrait) said that by spending the time chatting with him and photographing his portrait I made his day. Just as William felt, everyone who has shared a few minutes and allowed me to photograph their portrait has made my day.
It is the real and honest connection we have with people that truly makes us happy in life. Reach out to those around you, go places, embrace love, face your fears, take a deep breathe, close your eyes and smile because life is a wonderful thing.
